Investigators Searching For Missing 4-Year-Old Near Caregivers’ Former Home In Rush Springs

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is trying to find a lacking 4-year-old woman within the space close to a house that belonged the caregivers in Rush Springs.

Property data confirmed {that a} residence within the space belonged to the caregivers of Athena Brownfield.

Both caregivers, Ivon and Alysia Adams, had been arrested in connection to the disappearance of Athena.

Brownfield was reported lacking Tuesday, however it’s believed she had been lacking for longer than that. Authorities and neighborhood members from Cyril, Okla., have been trying to find Athena for days. 

The woman’s older sister was discovered wandering Tuesday close to their residence on West Nebraska Road when a mail provider observed her alongside and notified police.

The woman’s residence was blocked and surrounded by crime tape early Friday, a neighbor instructed News 9. That neighbor instructed News 9 {that a} white SUV was towed from the property.

The OSBI continues to be trying to find Athena and asks anybody with information on her whereabouts to name the OSBI or e-mail them at [email protected].

Athena was final seen a carrying pink butterfly sweater and pants and has blue eyes and blonde hair.

The search continues on Friday morning for lacking 4-year-old Athena Brownfield.
