All eyes have been at the nominations for the 2023 International Emmy Awards, which have been introduced on September 26. The International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences launched the listing of 56 nominees throughout 14 classes and spanning 20 international locations.
The nominees will convene in New York at The International Emmy World Television Festival for Nominee Panels & Presentations and particular occasions, from November 17-19. The winners can be introduced on the 51st International Emmy Awards Gala in New York City, on Monday, November 20, 2023.
The nominees have been from Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, India, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Portugal, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and the United Kingdom. Indian actors, Shefali Shah, Vir Das and Jim Sarbh bagged best nominations for Delhi Crime 2, Vir Dar: Landing and Rocket Boys.
Shefali used to be nominated within the Best Performance by means of an Actress class in conjunction with Connie Nielsen for Drømmeren – Karen Blixen Bliver Til and Karla Souza for La Caída [Dive]. She performed the function of DCP Vartika Chaturvedi within the franchise. The first season of Delhi Crime was India`s first internet collection to win an International Emmy Award in 2020. Reacting to it, the actress wrote on Instagram, “OMGGGGG I still can’t believe it. Feel so so honoured to be nominated at the International Emmys alongside such esteemed artists. This one is really special and more so because it is for a character I am very very close to, Vartika Chaturvedi and for my favourite show #DelhiCrime2. This is for all of us in #DelhiCrime.”

Vir used to be nominated within the Comedy phase with Derry Girls – Season 3 and Le Flambeau – Season 2 [La Flamme]. Sharing a post at the identical, the comic wrote, “WHAT!!!!!! Jim, who performed the function of Dr Hombi Bhabha in Rocket Boys, bagged a nomination within the Best Performance by means of an Actor class with Gustavo Bassani (Iosi, El Espía Arrepentido) and Jonas Karlsson (Nattryttarna [Riding in Darkness]).
