Ibrahim Named Semifinalist for Comeback Player of the Year Award

University of Minnesota working again Mohamed Ibrahim was named a semifinalist for the 2022 Comeback Player of the Year Award at the moment. The award is offered yearly by the College Sports Communicators in affiliation with The Associate Press (AP) and the Fiesta Bowl Organization. 

Ibrahim is one of 15 semifinalists and the award acknowledges faculty soccer student-athletes from all divisions of faculty soccer for overcoming damage, sickness, or different circumstances. In a vote by a panel of AP writers, editors, sports activities information administrators, and Fiesta Bowl Organization representatives, three faculty soccer student-athletes will probably be honored as 2022 Comeback Player of the Year Award winners.
