A Houston man used to be arrested and accused of researching construct bombs and posting online about killing Jewish people, FBI Director Christopher Wray advised Congress Tuesday.

Connor Hagan, a spokesman for the FBI in Houston, advised the Chronicle {that a} man named Sohaib Abuayyash used to be the individual referenced in Wray’s briefing.
