BEAUMONT, Texas — A 21-year-old Winnie man was once indicted on a second-degree manslaughter price for a hit-and-run wreck. 

Tristen Dunnam, 21, of Winnie, was once indicted on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 on the Jefferson County Courthouse.
