Hialeah teen’s 911 call released after police say he murdered mother


HIALEAH, Fla. – Police released audio Tuesday of a 911 call positioned through a Hialeah 13-year-old moments after they stated he fatally stabbed his mother.

Rosa: I took photos and I instructed my buddies about it. Was that dangerous?

Rosa: My good friend.

Dispatcher: Your good friend? You despatched photos on your good friend about what you probably did?

Dispatcher: Yeah.

Rosa then says he despatched the images to an “online friend.”

“I don’t know his real name because he’s an online friend who I play with a lot,” he instructed the dispatcher. “I didn’t delete the pictures off my phone, but I sent them to him, and I told him that I was sorry and goodbye. Goodbye to him.”

He later instructed the dispatcher he used to be “really sad” about what took place.

As Hialeah police arrived on the rental, Rosa is heard asking the dispatcher, “Miss, are they gonna kill me?”

“No, they’re not gonna kill you,” the dispatcher replies.

Police took Rosa into custody on a second-degree homicide rate. The teen, described as an honor pupil with out a earlier historical past of psychological well being problems, is being held in juvenile detention, with a listening to scheduled for Nov. 2.
