Oklahoma City leaders will meet on the Oklahoma City Fairgrounds as they prepare to interrupt floor for the brand new coliseum.
The groundbreaking ceremony takes place at 11 a.m. Wednesday on the Jim Norick Arena.
The $126 million venture is funded via the MAPS 4 program.
