Garland Texas detective charged with prostitution-related offense

DALLAS — An off-duty Garland detective was charged by Dallas Police on a prostitution-related offense, the division mentioned. 

Officers issued a quotation simply earlier than 2 a.m. on Jan. 21 for Walter Carter, 51, for possession of an alcoholic beverage in a motorcar, in addition to “manifesting the purpose of engaging in prostitution.”

According to Garland Police, the incident is underneath an inner investigation.
