Fort Lauderdale police officer shot in Harbordale area

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – There used to be a large police presence in Fort Lauderdale’s Harbordale area Thursday morning after a town police officer used to be shot.

It came about in the area of Southeast seventeenth Street and fifteenth Avenue.

A Fort Lauderdale police spokesperson showed that the wounded officer suffered non-life-threatening accidents and used to be taken to Broward Health Medical Center.

Authorities haven’t but showed if a suspect or suspects had been in custody.
