PLANTATION, Fla. – The former public works director for the town of Plantation is being accused of getting town staff at the clock to do his busy paintings.
The corruption allegations in opposition to Steven Luther Rodgers, 48, come with criminal charges of illegal repayment, falsifying paperwork and working in stolen assets, all in his capability as a public reputable.
