BEXAR COUNTY, Texas – A former Harlandale High School instructor and Dallas Cowboys player used to be arrested after he deserted a pet in a garage unit for two days when temperatures have been over 100 levels.
Dwayne Anthony Missouri, 44, used to be booked on cruelty to non-livestock animals, a category A misdemeanor.
On June 18, Helotes police replied to reviews of a canine barking inside of a garage unit of a Storage Mart.
