TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — The Florida Senate has determined to quickly halt its review of Andrew Warren’s suspension, based on a press release launched Thursday morning. The transfer comes solely 12 hours after Warren filed a federal lawsuit that will problem his suspension as state legal professional.
