Florida man faces charges for allegedly hitting pool contractor with a bat

FORT MYERS, Fla. – A Florida man is dealing with charges after officials say he hit his pool contractor with a bat all over a controversy.

Officers stated Richard Anthony Daniels, 36, were given into a controversy with the man he employed to construct a swimming pool.

Detectives stated Daniels requested the contractor to depart his space, however he refused.

Daniels then allegedly knocked the ball cap off the contractor’s head, went within, were given a baseball bat and hit the man within the head.

He now faces an annoyed battery price with a fatal weapon.
