A Florida man angry with his householders affiliation set his unit on hearth, causing an explosion that broken different models and shot himself afterwards, authorities stated.
Marc Hermann, 53, was arrested Monday and is being held within the Seminole County jail on 4 arson expenses.

The hearth broke out on Jan. 14 in a small apartment neighborhood within the Orlando suburb of Longwood, in accordance with a police affidavit. A responding deputy discovered Hermann sitting on the bottom draped in towels and bleeding, the paperwork stated.
When requested about his accidents, Hermann allegedly instructed authorities they had been brought on by a gun. He then blamed the apartment administration firm, saying it was liable for what occurred.
He allegedly instructed a paramedic who was treating him that he “started the fire in an act of revenge in opposition to the Homeowners Association in command of his property.” Hermann additionally stated he “shot himself in the neck after starting the fire,” the report stated.
Two residents instructed authorities they heard and felt an explosion. One lady who lived beneath Hermann stated she dodged flaming particles whereas attempting to make it to her entrance door.

Another resident stated the explosion threw him into his closet and that he needed to exit his unit by way of a second-story balcony, the report stated.
At least three models had been impacted by the hearth, authorities stated.
