ORLANDO, Fla. [WESH] — A Central Florida chiropractor was arrested after police say he inappropriately touched one of his sufferers.
According to Orlando police, Agostinho Rodrigues, 62, “used his role as a chiropractor to touch one of his patients inappropriately within the last week.”
Rodrigues faces prices of sexual battery and battery, NBC2 News affiliate WESH reported.
Court data present Rodrigues bonded out of jail Sunday.
This isn’t Rodrigues’ first run-in with the legislation. He was once a soccer coach at Edgewater High School in Orlando and stood trial after he was accused of sexual contact with a 14-year-old woman.
He stood trial in 2011 however was discovered not responsible.
The Orlando Police Department believes there could also be extra victims who’ve been assaulted by him.
