Flood death toll in eastern Libya tops 11,000 as over 10,000 others remain missing

LONDON — The death toll from devastating floods in eastern Libya has surpassed 11,000, in step with the Libyan Red Crescent.

The Libyan Red Crescent mentioned Friday that no less than 11,300 folks had died and every other 10,100 have been reported missing.
