Fangli Leads Swimming & Diving on Art Adamson Invitational Day Two


COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Junior Henrietta Fangli took first in 100-yard breaststroke to spotlight the second one day on the Art Adamson Invitational for the University of Houston Swimming & Diving crew on Thursday inside of Texas A&M’s Rec Center Natatorium. Meuter used a 54.49 to take 8th within the 100-yard fly after qualifying for the A-Finals. Senior Abby Jackson, who earned a place within the B-Finals, completed in 16th with a 55.82. El Gendy and senior Anna Ervin completed in 18th and 24th, respectively, within the C-Finals and junior Abbie Alvarez completed at 25th general. Alvarez’s time of 54.49 improves her mark on Houston’s Top 10 listing. She stays in 7th on the rating, improving her earlier superb of 54.50.
