The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System shall be celebrating Veterans Day a bit of early on Thursday. The celebration will happen on the VA Medical Center in Muskogee and on the Outpatient Clinic in Bixby.
Both places will begin the celebrations at 10 a.m., with workers and officers handing flags to veterans. There will then be a presentation of colours by the Muskogee JROTC and Bixby High School JROTC.
According to the Health Care System, these occasions usually are not open to the general public as a result of excessive COVID-19 transmission in Tulsa and Muskogee counties.
