Florida lawmakers have authorised a bill that makes modifications to Disney’s Reedy Creek particular governing district, together with changing its board of supervisors and giving it a brand new identify.

Disney is monitoring the laws, Jeff Vahle, president of Walt Disney World Resort, stated in an announcement.
“Disney works under a number of different models and jurisdictions around the world, and regardless of the outcome, we remain committed to providing the highest quality experience for the millions of guests who visit each year,” Vahle stated.
Disney not too long ago introduced the layoffs of 7,000 employees as part of a broad restructuring. But development nonetheless seems to be progressing on a Disney workplace campus in Lake Nona, roughly 20 miles east of Disney World.
