Actor-singer Diljit Dosanjhwho works in Hindi Punjabi filmssaid that he would not have a secure job. The actor admitted that he would not search cash as his utmost precedence although he all the time needed to be well-known. He revealed that he not too long ago rejected a big-scale undertaking.
Diljit Dosanjh rejected a big film from his favourite director: ‘I don’t do something just for the sake of cash’
Diljit Dosanjh informed Hindustan Times“I live for pride. If I had cared about moneyI would have done more filmsmore marriage shows4-5 Punjabi films every year. I never run after money. I always wanted to be famous ever since I was a kid. There is no limit to fame. I only want to do good work enjoy my life. I am happy about whatever I am able to do am grateful to God.’”
He continued“Yesterday only I rejected a big film. I don’t do something just for the sake of moneysomething I don’t feel like doing. I only do if I like the subject. YesterdayI heard a script from my favourite director’s production house but I said‘I don’t see myself in this.’
“I also do showscreate songsrelease an album every year; it takes a lot of time. If I was only an actorI would have done more films. If I were only a singerI would have done many more songs. I am doing everything altogether but I don’t want to beat the tabla. I am doing everything at my own pace,” he added.
On the work entranceDiljit Dosanjh was final seen in the Punjabi film Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne. His final Hindi launch was Jogi on Netflix. It was helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar. He is presently on his Born To Shine world tour. He may even star in Imtiaz Ali’s Chamkila with Parineeti Chopra.
