MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – An authorized detention counselor on the Miami North Community Release Center was once arrested Thursday after he allegedly sexually abused an inmate, government stated.
According to an arrest file from the Miami-Dade Police Department, Selvyn Antonia Johnson, 32, is going through a fee of sexual battery via coercion or danger of an inmate.
According to Johnson’s arrest file, the inmate, who police known as a 21-year-old guy, stated that he positioned an order from Uber Eats to reach on the Miami North Community Release Center, the place he’s incarcerated.
The file said that once the inmate’s supply arrived, Johnson gained the order and faced the inmate.
Police stated that Johnson demanded the inmate carry out sexual acts “in lieu of his violation.”
The inmate, who was once in concern of going again to the state jail, complied with Johnson’s request and carried out oral intercourse on him in opposition to his will, the file said.
Police stated Johnson supplied a commentary to detectives after being learn his Miranda Rights, then again the commentary was once redacted from the publicly launched file.
As of Friday afternoon, Johnson was once being held on a $10,000 bond on the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
