MIAMI – Governor Ron DeSantis is asking a federal judge to throw out a free speech lawsuit filed by suspended State Attorney Andrew Warren.
Warren was eliminated final month over statements about not pursuing felony fees in abortion, transgender rights and sure low-level circumstances.
The governor says Warren cannot declare first modification safety for his feedback.
