On Thursday, October 20, Deputy Administrator Paloma Adams-Allen attended the third and closing day of USAID’s Second Annual Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSI) Conference and Career Expo at Florida International University (FIU) in Miami, Florida.
Deputy Administrator Adams-Allen introduced the winners of the convention’s Innovation and Diversity Engagement Awards Case Competition, the place college students have been challenged to create potential options that handle a world improvement problem, with a particular deal with ladies potato farmers in Peru.
