Deputies seek hit-and-run driver who killed pedestrian in Tamarac



TAMARAC, Fla. – Broward County deputies are searching for a driver answerable for a deadly hit-and-run crash at an intersection close to the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport Sunday night time.

According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, the crash took place simply sooner than 10:55 p.m. on the intersection of Northwest thirty first Avenue and West Commercial Boulevard in Tamarac.

BSO spokesperson Carey Codd mentioned the driver, heading east in an “unknown vehicle,” hit a person “crossing southbound near the crosswalk” and took off.
