DALLAS — Twenty-three people have been arrested in relation to a web-based intercourse trafficking scheme, Dallas police informed WFAA on Thursday.
The Dallas Police Department (DPD) stated its Special Investigation Division ran an operation concentrating on on-line intercourse trafficking in the town of Dallas and Collin County. The operation led to the arrest of those 23 people for Solicitation of Prostitution:
