Crime of Week: 2 men burglarize Housing Authority office using ‘grabbing tool’


Two men who burglarized a Housing Authority office within the Lower Valley on Aug. 5 had been captured on surveillance video.

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Crime Stoppers of El Paso and the El Paso Police Department are requesting the general public’s lend a hand find two men who burglarized a Housing Authority of El Paso industry office within the Lower Valley.

At about 1:45 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 5, two men had been recorded drawing near the industry office of the Martin Luther King residences at 9101 Butternut St. The men used a “grabbing tool” to thieve cash orders from an in a single day deposit field.

Both men seem to be white men of their 30s, in line with the news unencumber despatched out via Crime Stoppers.

The first suspect has a skinny construct and a mustache with a beard. He wore a depressing baseball cap, a blue long-sleeve blouse, denim denims, and black and grey athletic footwear. The suspects fled the scene southbound on Kernel in a dark-colored automobile.
