SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. – The Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens is brightening up New Year’s Eve in Central Florida with its Asian Lantern Festival.
Zoo officers mentioned they’re including an additional date to the competition, which runs by Jan. 15, so households can take pleasure in a New Year’s Eve occasion.

The lantern competition shall be held on Saturday, Dec. 31, from 5:30 p.m. to eight:30 p.m. with entry instances at each 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Families are invited to walk and see practically 50 larger-than-life, handcrafted lanterns across the zoo, together with one about 140 ft lengthy and greater than 30 ft excessive exhibiting a standard Chinese dragon, and luxuriate in a DJ and hourly New Year’s Eve countdown.
