NORMAN, Okla. — Marcus Carr made a tiebreaking jumper with 48 seconds left, and No. 6 Texas was an ideal 6-for-6 from the foul line in the ultimate half-minute to flee Oklahoma with a 70-69 victory Saturday in the Big 12 opener for each groups.

Sir’Jabari Rice led the Longhorns’ comeback, getting fouled on a 3-point try and hitting all three free throws to tie the sport at 60. Rice made all seven of his free throws — all in the ultimate 2 minutes — and completed with 11 factors and 7 rebounds.
The Sooners missed eight straight pictures halfway via the second half, permitting Texas to get again in the sport.
