Cardinals super fan known as ‘Rally Runner’ pleads guilty to storming Capitol in face paint



WASHINGTON – A St. Louis Cardinals super fan known as “Rally Runner” pleaded guilty on Friday to storming the U.S. Capitol whilst dressed in purple face paint and purple garments, fueling a baseless conspiracy principle that govt vegetation secretly incited the Jan. 6, 2021, assault.

The 44-year-old Missouri guy, who legally modified his title from Daniel Donnelly Jr. to Rally Runner in 2017, used a stolen protect to lend a hand different rioters assault law enforcement officials on the Capitol.

Rally Runner used to be dressed in purple paint on his face, a purple jacket and a purple “Keep America Great” hat when he stormed the Capitol.
