LONDON — A British judge dominated Friday {that a} lawsuit by way of Prince Harry, Elton John and 5 different celebrities accusing a newspaper publisher of illegal information-gathering will have to go to a complete trial.
The claimants, who come with John’s husband David Furnish and actors Liz Hurley and Sadie Frost, accuse the publisher of the Daily Mail of paying personal investigators to illegally worm properties and vehicles and to file telephone conversations.
