Brecheen Talks Fiscal Responsibility, Answers Questions During Okmulgee Town Hall

Oklahoma’s latest Congressman is participating in a collection of city halls inside totally different cities in his district.

Rep. Josh Brecheen addressed monetary duty, specializing in the nationwide debt, and answered questions from constituents.

Brecheen opened the Okmulgee city corridor with what he calls “a hard conversation about the nation’s debt.”

The Congressman spent almost 45 minutes answering questions from the group of almost 30 individuals. This included questions on tax charges, leisure marijuana, and getting concerned politically.

When requested about subsequent month’s vote to legalize leisure marijuana in Oklahoma, Brecheen stated he was strongly against it.

“It’s different when you get to see the person that’s representing you,” stated Terry Dillsaver, a constituent in attendance. “I feel like they know our concerns and we know what they’re working on.”

Brecheen additionally held city halls in Bartlesville and Claremore. He is hopeful to proceed these occasions throughout his time in Congress.
