A woman was arrested on Mother’s Day after her three children have been found dead at a home in Los Angeles, police stated.
The three victims, two boys and a woman, have been between 8 and 12 years outdated, Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson Sgt. Bruce Borihanh informed reporters at the scene, based on NBC Los Angeles.
Their mom was initially detained for questioning and was later arrested, LAPD’s Topanga division stated.
A second individual, described solely as a male juvenile, was arrested Monday in connection to the deaths, police stated. His precise age and relationship to the victims or mom weren’t instantly disclosed.
The LAPD stated officers have been known as to the home at round 7:45 a.m. Sunday to analyze a murder within the West Hills neighborhood. It was unclear Monday who made the decision.
Officers arrived at the home to seek out the three children already dead.
Borihanh stated the children’s mom was taken to a hospital over psychological well being considerations. She was launched from the hospital later Sunday morning.
