Bengaluru FC announce the departures of Pratik Chaudhari, Sarthak Golui & Iman Basafa


Indian Super League (ISL) facet, Bengaluru FC on Monday introduced the departures of defenders, Pratik Chaudhari and Sarthak Golui after their contracts with the membership expired, whereas midfielder, Iman Basafa too has determined to finish his stint with the membership.

Bengaluru FC was Chaudhari’s fifth membership in the ISL – having represented Kerala Blasters FC, then Delhi Dynamos FC, and Jamshedpur FC, other than the Islanders, in the previous. The 32-year-old signed for the membership in the 2020/21 season, making a complete of 32 appearances for them.

“Two years back when I signed for Bengaluru FC it is fair to say was the easiest of decisions for me to make. Little did I realize that parting way would be the most difficult having met some of the best gentlemen. Today, as I say goodbye to The Blues, I would like to thank the club owners, management, coaches, medical & the entire support staff that I’ve worked with at this wonderful club,” he wrote on Twitter.

“Being half of this superb group & going via the ups & downs has been half of the superb expertise & learnings. Having shared the dressing room with some legends & some of the greatest rising skills in the nation, makes me really feel honoured & proud. As I log off from BFC, I wish to thank all the superb WBB & Blues trustworthy to your relentless help all through these 2 years. Sadly, I wasn’t capable of play in entrance of you guys throughout my time at BFC. But y’all will at all times stay particular to me,” the 32-year-old added.
