BEAUMONT, Texas — Beaumont Police are looking for a robber using an electrical scooter once they say he held up an individual at gunpoint at a Beaumont motel previous this month.
On Sunday morning, August 6, 2023, at about 2 a.m. police say the person rode up on a scooter to an individual within the car parking zone of the Motel 6 on Interstate 10 and stole their telephone and money at gunpoint in line with a Facebook post by means of Beaumont Police.
Police say he then “scooted off into the night.”
The scooter using robber is described as a person wearing a black backpack who is set 20-30-years-old with a scruffy beard and quick hair. In a photograph launched by means of police he seems to be dressed in a white t-shirt, ball cap, darkish coloured shorts and white athletic sneakers.
