The Arlington Police Department (APD) instructed WFAA it was working an “active situation” in which a lady entered the ER foyer at roughly 8:55 a.m. Saturday, displayed a gun and left the hospital earlier than officers arrived. Arlington police instructed WFAA there have been no photographs fired in the incident.Â
The lady was final seen headed westbound on Randol Mill Road, police stated.Â
