Wagoner County investigators are investigating a case of animal cruelty involving the capturing deaths of two canines.
The proprietor of the canines was dwelling when she heard gunshots, stepped outdoors and located them lifeless in her yard, based on investigators.
Wagoner County Sheriff Chris Elliott is hoping to make an arrest and stated “This is a sickening, cowardice act perpetuated by an evil individual.”
