LIVINGSTON, Texas (KETK) — An Amber Alert was issued Thursday evening for 2-week-old Sonni Meilike, a white feminine, from Livingston. She was final seen carrying a pink shirt and a diaper.
Officials mentioned the suspect is Meilike’s mom, 31-year-old Sylvia Norman, who doesn’t have custody of the kid.

Norman is described as a 5’1″ tall white feminine with brown hair, blue eyes and is about 115 kilos.
Anyone with information is requested to name 911.
