LIVINGSTON, Texas — An AMBER Alert has been issued for a 2-week-old child who’s reportedly along with her non-custodial mom. The new child was final seen Thursday in Livingston.
Sonni Meilike was final seen carrying a pink shirt and diaper at 2:41 p.m. Thursday on Floydene Street, which is close to U.S. Highway 190 at 2457.
According to investigators, she was taken by her mom, 31-year-old Sylvia Norman, who officers mentioned is a non-custodial father or mother.Â
Norman was final seen carrying a white shirt with blue shorts and white leggings beneath. Officials mentioned she has tattoos on her again and left arm.
Officials described Norman as being round 5-feet-1-inch tall, weighing round 115 kilos.
