Allen, Texas parents withdraw star QB from high school



ALLEN, Texas — Two Allen ISD college students, together with a star high school quarterback, have left the district after an incident involving racist vandalism at their residence.

Police confirmed the incident occurred on the residence of now-former Allen High School quarterback Mike Hawkins Jr. and that an investigation is underway.

Further particulars on the vandalism weren’t launched.

Allen ISD additionally confirmed that it obtained kinds to withdraw Hawkins Jr. and his brother, Maliek, from Allen High School and the district.

Hawkins Jr. is a four-star recruit within the Class of 2024 who has already garnered curiosity from schools equivalent to Oklahoma, Arkansas and Alabama, in line with 24/7 Sports.
