After hearing, Hialeah teen’s family says ‘good boy’ shouldn’t face adult charge in mom’s murder


MIAMI – Thirteen-year-old Derek Rosa wasn’t provide for an arraignment listening to in Miami-Dade courtroom Tuesday morning, in which his lawyer pleaded now not responsible to first-degree murder on his behalf.
