A person became himself into police later that morning.

Multiple individuals who heard her screams didn’t consider carefully about stepping in to lend a hand.

One 911 caller mentioned: “This girl was screaming in the car. This man was touching her, and then someone instructed her to call the police… we need an ambulance and he ran away. We got his license plate and he drove away really fast.”

Another 911 caller stated: “I just heard screaming and my dad went over to check and the guy was holding the person’s throat who was bleeding out.”

That used to be the daughter of David Spaulding, a vacationer who rushed in to lend a hand after listening to the girl’s screams.

“I reached in to stop the bleeding,” Spaulding advised Local 10 News.
