OVERVIEW
#4 Men’s Basketball opened up the 2022-2023 season the weekend of October 28th with a win over Southwestern Christian on Friday night time, adopted by a win over USAO Saturday night time.
Defeating USAO 70-83, the Eagles enhance to 2-0 on the season.
HIGLHIGHTS
1st Half: 26-40
2nd Half: 44-43
Starting the first half sturdy, the Eagles went on to steer the Drovers 26-40 going into the second half.
Leading the Eagles offensively, Jaden Lietzke had an amazing efficiency on the night time with 28 factors, 13-14 on FGM-A, and 2-3 in free throw makes an attempt/makes. Following intently behind him, Brandon Bird amassed 18 factors on the night time and went 2-2 from the 3-point line.
Defensively, Kaleb Stokes had 10 rebounds, 2 steals, and 4 assists on the night time.
As a staff, the Eagles finish the night time taking pictures 50.7% FG, 50% from the free throw line, and 23.5% from the 3-point line.
