3 suspects face over 100 charges each after hate symbols found in N.Y. town

Three suspects are dealing with 115 charges each after pamphlets and stickers that contained swastikas and different hate symbols have been found at two locations of worship and different private and non-private properties throughout Hornell, New York, over the weekend, native police said. 

(*(*100*)*) reported that flyers displaying the “Aryan National Army” with skulls pictured inside a swastika have been left at totally different areas. Legal advocacy group Southern Poverty Law Center says the Aryan Nations was an “organizing force for white supremacists that cultivated a wide spectrum of racist and anti-Semitic ideas.”

Local police and New York State police carried out a search warrant at a residence in Hornell, the place they found proof that “depicted the crimes.”

Aubrey Dragonetti, 31; Dylan Henry, 30; and Ryan Mulhollen, 27, have been each arrested and charged with 115 counts of first-degree aggravated harassment, which is classed as a category E felony. All three lived on the residence the place authorities found the proof, police mentioned.

Dragonetti, Henry and Mulhollen have been arraigned on Monday, police mentioned. Henry was held with out bail, in line with Steuben County Jail information, whereas Dragonetti and Mulhollen have been arraigned and launched, the Evening Tribune reported.
