Two individuals have pleaded guilty in a scheme to peddle a diary and different objects belonging to President Joe Biden’s daughter to the conservative group Project Veritas for $40,000, prosecutors stated Thursday.
The two, each from Florida, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen property, Manhattan U.S. Attorney Damian Williams’ workplace stated.

While authorities did not establish Biden, the kind of property stolen or the group that paid, the main points of the investigation have been public for months.
Ashley Biden saved the diary, tax information, a digital gadget with household images and a cellphone in September 2020 in a Delray Beach, Florida, house the place one of many defendants was dwelling on the time, prosecutors stated in a launch.
