2 children, mother rescued by firefighters after car crashes into home, destroying staircase


SAN ANTONIO – Two youngsters and their mother needed to be rescued from their house after a car drove via a window and crashed into a staircase early Wednesday morning, in line with San Antonio police.

The crash came about round 3:50 a.m. at a house within the 13400 block of Baldwin Ridge Street, now not a long way from West Hausman Road and Interstate 10 at the town’s Northwest Side.

According to police, officials arrived to discover a car that had pushed in the course of the entrance window of a house after which destroyed a staircase that ended in the second one flooring.

Firefighters needed to rescue two youngsters, ages 4 and 5 years previous, at the side of their mother who have been all on the second one flooring, via an upstairs window. There have been no reported accidents.

SAPD mentioned the driving force of the car fled after the crash. That individual has now not been discovered. Police say there was once injury throughout the car, telling them it should were stolen.
