According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, 11-year-old Darla Steve was final seen at 12:30 a.m. Monday in Midland. She is white with brown eyes and black hair.
Police say 29-year-old Zach Smith is needed in connection together with her disappearance. He is described as a white man with brown eyes and brown hair, weighs 167 kilos and is 5-feet, 6-inches tall.
Police imagine Smith is driving a grey 2022 Dodge Ram 3500 with Texas license plate SDD9435.
