KEY WEST (CBSMiami) – Nearly a dozen Cuban migrants made landfall within the Keys on Sunday.
According to U.S. Border Patrol, 11 individuals arrived on a picket fishing vessel close to Smathers Beach.

CBS4 was informed they had been medically screened and brought into custody.
The group will doubtless be repatriated at a later date.
