Woman charged with murder after allegedly smuggling an inmate drugs through a kiss during visitation


A lady who’s accused of smuggling drugs into a Tennessee jail is going through murder costs following the demise of an inmate, the Tennessee Department of Corrections introduced Tuesday. Rachal Dollard is charged with second-degree murder and introduction of contraband into a penal facility.

During a February go to, Dollard allegedly handed drugs to inmate Joshua Brown whereas the 2 have been kissing, the TDOC mentioned. Brown ended up swallowing a balloon pellet stuffed with a half-ounce of methamphetamine, and died at a native hospital, in keeping with TDOC.

Brown was serving an 11-year sentence on drug-related costs on the time, TDOC mentioned. Dollard is being held within the Hickman County jail.
