OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Court paperwork present a settlement has been reached between town of Oklahoma City and several victims who claimed they have been raped by a former Oklahoma City Police Department whereas he was on obligation.
In August 2014, the state charged Daniel Holtzclaw with 36 felony counts of rape, sexual battery, indecent publicity, and forcible oral sodomy after the 13 girls got here ahead, claiming the officer assaulted them whereas they have been in custody or inside his police automobile.
