Oklahoma City reaches settlement with several victims in Daniel Holtzclaw case

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Court paperwork present a settlement has been reached between town of Oklahoma City and several victims who claimed they have been raped by a former Oklahoma City Police Department whereas he was on obligation.
