PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – A registered nurse is going through a legal rate after police stated he shoved a patient to the ground whilst operating at a psychiatric hospital in Pembroke Pines.
Authorities arrested Pablo Garcia, 64, of Hollywood, on a rate of abuse of a disabled grownup with out nice physically hurt on Thursday in reference to the April 1 incident.
Pembroke Pines police stated Garcia used to be operating within the Viscaya wing of South Florida State Hospital, positioned at 800 Cypress Drive, when a patient walked over to him whilst he used to be status through the medicine counter simply after 5 a.m.
An arrest document states that CCTV photos seems to display the patient and Garcia yelling at one any other when Garcia “violently” shoved the person within the higher torso house, inflicting him to fall to the ground.
